Free Premium Blackberry App #1: DriveSafe.ly Pro

With the Blackberry servers being down in mid-October, RIM have kindly offered as compensation numerous free Blackberry apps for all users.

These apps are all premium apps that usually cost money, so it’s a really sweet deal. They are planning on releasing a wide variety of apps over the next month, and the first app was announced today.

The first free Blackberry app was released October 20th, 2011. It is DriveSafe.ly Pro and usually is for sale for $19.99.

DriveSafe.ly Pro is a fantastic app which basically lets you text and read texts without having to look at your phone. Texting & driving is a dangerous trend these days, and people just don’t want to stop this. This is the kind of app that can enable them to do so, while also ensuring maximum safety.
